Cancellations and Refunds

Evantr believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Platform Role Limitation

Evantr is a connection platform that provides vendor information to customers. We do not process transactions or bookings directly. Any payments, bookings, or arrangements are made directly between customers and vendors.

Service Provider Disputes

In case of disputes with service providers, customers should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the vendor. Evantr acts only as a connection platform and does not mediate disputes between users and vendors.

Platform Fee Cancellations

Cancellations of any platform fees will be considered only if the request is made within 6-8 days of payment. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if you have already initiated contact with vendors through our platform.

Service Quality Concerns

Evantr is not responsible for the quality of services provided by vendors on our platform. Any concerns about service quality should be addressed directly with the service provider. We appreciate feedback about vendors to maintain platform quality.

Vendor Verification

While we make efforts to verify vendors on our platform, we are not responsible for their actions or the quality of their services. We recommend customers do their own due diligence before hiring any service provider.

Refund Processing

In case of any Refunds approved by the Evantr, it'll take 9-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
